The center is surrounded by wavy textured silver-tone “arms” that make the brooch resemble a sea creature
The brooch measure approximately 2” x 2¼” and is marked ©SARAHCOV

This cute gold tone owl has sparkling green rhinestone eyes and textured feathers and tail. The hinged body opens to reveal a holder fpr perfumed glace, although this one is empty. The brooch is signed Avon and measures 2 1 8 high x 1 wide. It is in excellent condition.
