Koomilya Rosé Mataro 2024 moscatel Our Organic Gin flaunts aStephen Pannell doesnt do ordinary, and his 2024 Koomilya Ros is proof. Sourced from a single block of Mataro, including some of the oldest vines on the property, this is a dry ros with rare complexity built for those who want more depth from their pink wines. Inspired by the structured ross of Bandol and the Marche, it was hand harvested in early March, gently pressed, and fermented spontaneously in old French oak puncheons. The result is layered and
