the Bavarian dealer built up a small body of work by buying a few pieces each time he returned to Paris

On his death in 2006 it was thought he was the last surviving WPA artist

the size of this painting is slightly different to the dimensions listed in the hard copy catalogue

I copied it and tried to emulate his terrifying and dynamic style
