Ritual Chocolate The Après Bar with Sparkling Wine & Raspberries 70% Bar Tools fresh and creamy with anTasting notes: champagne, raspberries For those who love bubbly, chocolate and berries, Ritual's Aprs bar is the perfect treat for aprs ski, or any celebratory occasion. This bar is made by soaking cacao nibs in sparkling white wine in a wine barrel, then grinding the nibs into chocolate and topping it off with dried raspberries. The chocolate's creamy and bubbly notes are beautifully complemented by the tartness of the raspberries. Ingredients:
