Produced from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay that are pressed slowly over four days in an old Alsatian wooden foudre, and then blended mid fermentation with a dash of Marsanne from 2021, the wine is finished with a short ageing until early spring. Its lively minerality and energetic acids capture the wild charm of Ardche.
