Full of energy and perfume, crisp acids meet bitter herbs and enticing red fruit flavours of cranberry and blood orange, with everything given time to meld a year in tank and a further year in demi muid to be exact. A wine that would have Paul Giamattis character in Sideways rethinking his attitude towards Merlot.
