Jester King - Brave Noise Pale Ale COL-GH10023 "Pinot Nero or Pinot Noir"We brewed Brave Noise batch 2 with softened well water, San Jacinto Two Row, Denton County Wheat, flaked oats, and Mosaic, Amarillo, and El Dorado hops. We fermented this hazy pale ale wort with California Ale yeast. We dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and Sabro.
