Saint Lamvinus, NV Sale Utilising only high elevation redIntense and fruity in equal measure, this lambic has a lot to offer. 2 3 year old lambic is blended with Merlot, Grenache Noir and Syrah grapes grown by Cantillons friends in the Libourne region, and aged for 18 months in oak barrels from Bordeaux. Its attractive ruby colour screams berries, and its bursting with them, as well boasting plenty of length.
