And this Queen hand puppet comes right from Thuringia, a place bordered by Bavaria and near Sonneberg, known as a toy town! Its wooden head is beautifully hand painted and has a very sweet expression. The body has a felt costume with turned wooden hands and feet. This small sized puppet was handcrafted during the 60s and was likely made for the young
