2025 Ayay! VINTAGE-2022 livelier side of an ItalianTHE STORY: A fun Fox Hill Vineyard blend that drinks like an adult punch. Easy and thirst quenching, this is a refreshing red that you can also serve slightly cool. The Montepulciano was destemmed and given a short maceration, then foot treaded and left on the skins for three days with daily punch downs before being gently pressed. Then the light red was blended with whole cluster, gently pressed Vermentino to bring brightness, freshness, and lift
