this little chest has four small drawers that are perfectly sized for CDs and DVDs and a wider drawer below

The doors are fitted with wooden dowels that slot into wooden sockets rather than with brass hardware

The base sits on a wooden plinth and the lamp comes with the faux silk shade as shown

It comes from Shanxi in central China and dates from the late 19th century
