Aurora - Piacere Italian Pilsner Size:Single "Made from 100% Shiraz in"(Pronounced Pee ah chair ay Italian for my pleasure, or pleasure to meet you). Italian style pilsners, originating in Northern Italy, are a light, crisp, more subtle version of a German Pilsner BUT, they are lightly dry hopped with any variation of noble hops you choose. For Aurora, utilize the almighty Saaz throughout, but we also gave this just a touch of NZ Waimea in the dry hop. Waimea is a beautiful hop with a lineage that includes the noble
