Big naked de stemmed Grolleau from light clay calcium rich soil. 3 day maceration, sans foot stomping, or remontage before 6 month levage. This is the epitome of 'THE LIGHT, CHIILLED RED', minimum two needed per sitting. We love to see it, almost as much as we love to drink it.
