Grinton Bianco, 2021 Australia carrying over to the palateProduced from old Pinot Grigio vines planted over volcanic soils, with the hand picked grapes spending a month on the skins before ageing for three months in old casks, and finishing with another three months in vats. Deep purple, fleshy tannins, citrus, quince and spice.
