The main course consists of two of France’s famous stews: Coq au Vin and Beouf Bourguignon and Chef Christiaan will serve them along to two local potjiekos favourites: Lamb Shank with Dombolo and Chicken Chakalaka

End the meal with a charming tower of macarons for dessert and some swing and sway on the dance floor

Serve with flavourful meat dishes such as lamb accompanied by a sweet mint sauce
