These mature vines always produce wines with high toned floral aromatics, delicate blue fruit flavours and long, seamless structure. Naturally low cropping at 3. 5tons Ha, Section One was machine harvested in the early hours of the 15th of March 2024. A high percentage of whole berries were retained and fermented in five ton open top fermenters.
