Ravala Rouge, 2021 White Taste & Terroir: Winemaker RadovanA super fresh and juicy 50 50 blend of Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris from two separate parcels in Ribeauvill and vigneron Emilie Revers. Pure, rounded and precise on the palate with soft, silky texture, lifted red fruit and lick smacking acidity. The Pinot Noir underwent 3 weeks of maceration (1 4 in whole bunches) before ageing for 11 months in old barrels. Assemblage and bottling without anything added or taken away. A wine that softly whispers of finesse
