Antique Japanese Taisho Era Usubata Bronze Ikebana Vase Buddhist Family Shrine 11" Plate 5 cm) by 8 3/8"This is an antique Japanese early 1900's bronze Usubata (flower vase). This vase was used in a butsudan (Buddhist family shrine) to offer flowers. It is made of bronze and is decorated with etched desing of a crane in flight and mountains. This vase measures 11" wide at the fluted top and 10" tall. It has some oxidation that is an indication of age. It has a strong tri pod footing.
