Its compact size and ease of use meant it quickly replaced the large tape echoes of the time. We believe that the DM 2 we have in stock this time was shipped around 1982. Although there are some small scratches on the case, it is in fairly good condition. The delay element that produces the delay is a later version of the MN3205
