Mountain Culture - Mystery Of The Night WCIPA special~carwynselector Put your feet up buddy"For our last West Coast IPA of the year we experimented with some New Zealand grown Kohia Nelson and NZH 105 hops, both of which were a bit of a mystery to us to be honest. To help us understand what we are getting from these exciting NZ Hops we paired them up with some Cascade, Simcoe and Centennial hops hot side and created a malt and yeast profile that provided a clean, crisp medium in which the hops could brightly shine from.
