A solid sour base loaded with Amarillo and Talus is the framework for the tropical juice explosion. The sour is serious, at pH3. 2 but has a minerality that keeps it all in check. This is juicy fruit chewing gum in a glass. Loaded with those tropical fruit flavours of pineapple, mango, passionfruit and banana, its an odd combo that
