These Gamay grapes have come from Anjou
the wine is then re-fermented in bottle using the must from late harvest grapes which are preserved in the fridge
Rosato, 2021 Bundle Naturally perfumedEvery year we count down the days to this wine and finally its here in our arms. Direct pressed Aleatico from fifty year old vines. Lightly floral and delicately pithy, and really just very joyful. One that will work for both ros and non ros drinkers.
