Grapes were harvested the 14th of September 2023. 70% of the harvest was direct pressed and the rest was macerated 14 days on skins. After the spontaneous fermentation the wine was pressed and racked to Qvevri and old 300L French barrels. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with a minimal amount of So2."
