One of the more peculiar renditions was FV703, a Mk2 3 equipped with the Vickers Vigilant ATGM. This was done in the early 1960's as an interim solution until the more advanced Swingfire armed Ferret Mk5 was ready for service. 125 Mk2 6's were produced and used primarily by the British Army and Abu Dhabi
