Like all our wines, Ros is produced with the greatest respect for nature and our consumers. This blend of old Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvdre and Rolle (Vermentino) vines is delicately pressed and fermented for 3 weeks at low temperature then clarified with organic pea powder. It presents itself as a vegan friendly wine for the 21st century. Its rich texture and
