Moab Complimented by large decorative cartouches(Lunar) This Is Where Ranger 6 Hit The Moon This was probably the farthest target for humans to ever hit, and it wasn't too far off, just a mere twenty miles. This Associated Press photo was the means to report and illustrate, and celebrate the accomplishment of the scientists at JPL and NASA.
