It has a traditional printed pattern of tang dynasty children at play beneathpine trees. typical of Japanese blue and white ceramic design. This bowl was high fired for lasting durability. This bowl measures 4 1 2" in diameter by 2" tall with the lid (11. 5 x 5 cm). Having been in storage for almost a hundred years, with exception to a small chip on the lid (see picture 10), it remains in fine condition.
