Bansen Nyushin refers to the arrival of a Nanban ship at port. On the right side of the print, a Nanban ship arrives laden with goods, while on the left a group of people welcomes the visitors, fascinated by Nanban culture. Kawakami used the term Nanban broadly, applying it to ships from various countries, including the Netherlands, rather than
