Oniric Brisat, 2021 Euros An enchanting wine from oneOniric means dreamer in Catalan. This wine is born out of winemaker Maria Barrena's project to save neglected, old vines. Penedes wonder grape Xarel lo fermented on the skins for 18 days in harvest vats, the Paradella was directly pressed and fermented separately before being brought together to age in amphora for 6 months before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered. Both sweet and savoury and certainly a wine wed pair with food.
