Grey Lacquer Coat Stand material-marble The chest would have beenBeijing, circa 1950 This old coat stand dates from the mid 20th century, when it was made in Beijing. It has been repaired and refinished in a shiny grey lacquer. The tapered design, with rounded poles, has some nice decorative elements, including turned supports at each set of pegs.
