Cannondale Lefty OPI Stem 120mm x -5 Degree - QSH120-5318/BBQ Bolt-on Binders 122872-Q0-LOriginal Cannondale OPI stem for Lefty. Requires use of KH078 STD steer tube sold separately. KH078 STD works only with Lefty 1. 0 forks on bikes with 134mm headtube spacing.
