Ninfa, 2023 Light It screams spring / summerA skins y, Southern Italian delight made from 100% Catarratto Extra Lucido from the Valdibella cooperative in Camporeale, Western Sicily. Pale gold in the glass with bold aromas of ripe yellow pear, fresh cuts grass and reductive undertones. The palate is structured and persistent with yellow fruits, touches of ginger, wild honey and a refreshing acid lift. The grapes underwent spontaneous fermentation for six months in stainless steel tanks,
