Plants form a small rounded basal rosette of leaves. This plant likes good drainage so is a perfect choice for rock gardens, sunny walls or banks. Plants whilst short lived will self sow. Happy in full sun or partial shade in well drained soil. In hotter climates, the plant will appreciate some respite
