Here, a blond ale is fermented and aged on Chardonnay lees provided by Burgundian vigneron Jean Marie Berrux of Le Petit Ttu, spending eight months in demi muids from the domaine. With complexity and subtle richness, it is reminiscent of Le Petit Ttus stunning Chardonnays.
