We began this beer with tart cherries from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY and peaches from Wrights Farm in Gardiner, NY. The fruit underwent a carbonic maceration and spontaneous autofermentation before blending with our favorite barrels of aged sour beer. The result is bright balanced acidity, kriek like overtones of cherry and cinnamon, and tannic peach skin on the palate." Grimm Bottled 2023
