Voila du Gros Lot, 2018 stock-2 This Cab Sauv is stillA refreshing and opulent orange ros packed with energy and varietal character from skin macerated, old vine Grolleau Gris grown on granite in Coteaux d'Ancenis. Softly textured and with aromas of tart citrus fruits, peach, white pepper and gentle, oxidative touches. Farmed biodynamically, the grapes underwent whole bunch fermentation, including a day of skin maceration before resting on the lees in old barrels for 6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered
