Excellent original condition. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Bottom marked with logo, Ephraim Pottery, CERF and stamped Ken Nekola. Vase is 9" tall and 4 1 2" wide. Form was produced in 2006 and only 100 were made. Condition Excellent Original Condition
