Inspired by the naturally fermented sweet and sour Mexican drink Tepache De Pia (AKA Pineapple Beer) this beer uses a unique lactic acid yeast as well as a Danish farmhouse strain to ferment a light base of ale malt and pineapple juice and to provide acidity, fruity esters and a hint of funk. A touch of caramel malt, cinnamon, lime and Vic Secret
