Rosato, for us, is an all season wine with a little more color, depth, and structure while staying bright, fresh, and easy to drink. This is a fun rosato that balances deep fruits with a slight savory structure that makes it an easy pairing for food. We immediately footstomped and after 36 hours on the stems gently pressed into concrete tanks to age for 8 months. Montepulciano thrives in longer
