Hans J. Wegner The "Round" chair stained beech marked from hereitem #20211009 Probably Wegner's most celebrated chair. New condition, just like it was 60 years ago. JH 503 armchair designed by Hans Wegner in 1950 and made in Denmark by Johannes Hansen. Wegner's JH 503, known as the 'round chair' or simply 'the chair', is a true icon of Danish Modern design. The backrest is carved from a single piece of solid teak, joined seamlessly to the armrests by precisely fitted finger joints.
