The printed commemorative flag in soft thin cotton showing George and Elizabeth depicted center within a circular framed belt strap border amongst insignia and Royal Arms with order of the garter motto ‘Honi soit qui mal y pense… dieu et mon droit’

the leather handle is probably later and two of the side skin panels are slightly loose at the corners but it is still in very useable order
