Memory in Absence Painting_Watercolor & Graphite on Paper I tried to capture certainI have made this painting of the time when Shri Krishna left his companions, the cows and Vrindavan. Krishna was a cowherd. He used to go with the cows every morning and while returning home at dusk, he used to sit in the shade of a tree with all his companions and cows and play the sweet tune of his flute for them. At that time, a cow which was his favourite, used to sit near him. In this painting, I have made that cow sit in the pose as she used to
