Aptly named DUET, this brand new wild ale brings together NZ & Australia, Garage Project & La Sirne. Duet is a mixed ferment wild ale open fermented at our Reservoir brewery with both the La Sirne and Wild Workshop house cultures, and native botanicals from each of our countries lemon myrtle from Australia
