Jarrah honey is native to the amazing Jarrah forests of South West Western Australia. Its intense, full bodied flavour with a caramel aftertaste is very sought after both locally and internationally. A rich medium coloured honey, with a distinctive aroma. Jarrah honey is lower in glucose and
