The acryllic mushroom shade is in mint condition
The shade also has a small crack where it attaches to the base

The vintage lamp has an outer glass made shade and an inner shade made out of aluminium. Together the shades produce a magnificent light. The lamp requires an E27 (standard) lightbulb. [Condition] Excellent. There is one small unevenness in the glass (no damage), see last picture.
