PauPau, 2020 image-size-test 60 bottles in the UKI once camped in Piedmont. Arriving late at night I woke up to the sound of streams dancing though it's Northern mountains. Local variety Dolcetto, is an incredibly elegant grape that reminds us of a Beaujolais Gamay, but with a touch more weight. The wine is made by duo Francesco and Pauline, and guided by their spirit teacher, philosopher and all round green fingers Fukuoka. "The philosopher's disciple"
