3 Fonteinen - Schaarbeekse Kriek Oogst 22/23 No78 1.5L Size:Magnum "Aroma: Roast"For this Schaarbeekse Kriek, we macerated handpicked Schaarbeekse sour cherries on four year old lambik. Maceration time took a tad over twelve months. We then blended with one , two and three year old lambik. In total, we used nine different lambik brews from four different barrels. This all rendered the weighted average age upon bottling to more than 34 months. The final fruit proportion is 348 grams of sour cherries per litre of Schaar beekse.
