Fusion Milk Paint Skinny Jeans Fusion Step 1: PrepLike your favourite pair of skinny jeans, this is a perfectly worn in wash of blue. Its light enough to act as a neutral and cool enough to complement any colour scheme. Combine 1 part water to 1 part powder and carefully stir for 1 2 minutes. Using any brush, apply Milk Paint to your surface. Each coat dries within 15 30 minutes and can be re coated straight away once dried. Apply a top coat to seal your Milk Paint and bring out the depth of colour!
