'Oroshigane' Reibe Schildkröte Textilien Each piece in this seriesThe Japanese Oroshigane graters are perfect for grating ginger, wasabi and garlic. Rub the vegetables in a circular motion to make a very fine paste. Due to the sharpness of the grating teeth, the fibers of the ingredients are "cut" into small pieces instead of being crushed, so that after grating they still contain sufficient moisture and thus taste and nutrients. Each of the copper graters is handcrafted in Takaoka. The copper is tin plated and cut
