The vines are at least 40 years old, all qualities are aged in steel tanks and mature, depending on the quality, for 3 6 years on the lees. All Champagnes show the typical minerality and saltiness of the Cte des Blancs. They need some time to breathe and should be drunk from large glasses. Then they reveal their full greatness.
